Prior to using the Webtools Calendar paragraph, you need to enable and configure widgets on your calendar.

Widget setup instructions

  1. Log into Webtools
  2. Go to Calendar > Setup
  3. Select your calendar from the list
  4. Click on the 'Widgets' Tab

  1. Log into Webtools
  2. Go to Calendar > Setup

  3. Select your calendar from the list of available calendars
  4. Click on the 'Widgets' Tab

  5. From the 'Available Widgets' list, select 'Generic 1a'

  6. This widget will now be moved to your list of 'Selected Widgets'. Click on the widget link to edit the settings.

  7. The 'Notes' field can be left blank.
  8. In the 'Number of Events' field, type in the number of events you wish to show (the default is 3).
  9. Select your preferred formats for Weekday, Date, and Time.
  10. For the checkboxes, check the information you would like to show. If you would like to show all available calendar, information, check all boxes except 'Add event link in footer' and 'Calendar link in footer'.

  11. In the CSS box, select all default CSS and delete it so there is no default CSS (the styles will come from the Illinois Theme).
  12. Save the calendar widget.
  13. Navigate back to calendars and select "manage". 
  14. Click on your calendar, and make sure to check the "Widget" box.

  15. Navigate back to your Drupal paragraph to finish set-up.

Simple List Calendar Example
