To access basic site settings, go to:
Configuration > System > Basic site settings, as shown below.

Site details
Enter the site name and email address. Use an address ending in @illinois.edu to help prevent this email from being flagged as spam.
Front or Home page
Allows you to designate your front or home page. You should specify a relative url. Alternatively, you can leave the space blank to display the default front page. In this example, a content page was created and the title and URL are "home".
